		<description>I can vouch for Fay&#039;s dedication to quality ingredients. She&#039;s in her 80s and yet insists on going miles to her fishmonger for the ingredients for her legendary (and I mean legendary) fish soup, when there&#039;s any number of supermarkets just round the corner. She has a real relationship with the shop and discusses what&#039;s good and what&#039;s not. She also knows the essential nature of a good stock!</description>
